Meet The Team
Wildwood Counseling Services is dedicated to providing the highest quality of mental health services for a wide range of populations. Our clinicians specialize in a variety of disciplines and have expertise in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their unique struggles. All of our clinicians are LGBTQIA+ affirming. At our practice, we prioritize the highest quality of mental health services, fostering a nurturing and compassionate environment for healing and growth.
Please note that all appointment requests require approval. Once you submit a request, our office manager will review it and reach out to you via email to gather any necessary additional documents and information. Once the required documents are signed and your insurance is verified, your therapist will reach out to confirm an appointment.
All of our clinicians accept most of the plans from the following insurances: Medical Mutual Insurance, Paramount, Fronpath, Cigna / Evernorth, Aetna, Frontpath, BlueCross and BlueShield, and some EAP plans. We unfortunately do not accept medicaid at this time. If you have questions regarding your specific insurance plan, please contact our billing specialist.

Tasha offers individual therapy for adults, and therapy for non-monogamous couples.
They are trained in EMDR and somatic therapy, and can complete assessments for a 'letter of support' for your surgeon if you are getting gender affirming therapy.
They identify as a queer neurodivergent therapist, and specialize in working with people going through a spiritual awakening, energy workers, healers, empaths or highly sensitive people.
They currently only offer telehealth sessions, for Ohio residents.

Billing Specialist
Kathy Parton
Kathy is our billing specialist who is available to answer any questions relating to your insurance or billing needs. After completing the new client paperwork, she will be the one to reach out to you with your verifications of benefits, and let you know how much your insurance requires you to pay per session. She can also discuss self-pay options if you will not be using insurance.
