She specializes in supporting women, young adults, and children (8+) who are navigating identity challenges, relationship struggles, and the weight of always putting others first.

She understands the unique experiences faced by women and BIPOC communities and offers a supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and foster self-compassion.

Her goal is to help you unlearn harmful patterns, develop practical coping tools, and empower you to show up authentically in your relationships and daily life.
