What it’s like to work with us
Initial Contact:
When you reach out to schedule an appointment, Jen, our friendly office manager, will review your request. If additional information is needed, she will follow up with you promptly. Not sure which clinician is the right fit for you? Jen can help guide you through the process based on your needs and availability.
Intake Documents:
Once you’ve been matched with a clinician, Jen will email you a link to complete your intake documents online through our client portal—no printing required!
Insurance Benefits:
After your intake documents are submitted, Jen will verify your insurance benefits and provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost per session after insurance billing.

Initial Appointment:
Once everything is in place, your therapist will reach out to schedule or confirm your first appointment. If you’d like, you can request a free 15-minute consultation before your first session.
We are here to support you every step of the way as you begin your therapy journey with us. We understand that starting therapy with someone new can feel daunting, and we are committed to making this process as comfortable and smooth for you as possible.
A Space That Feels Like Home
We know that therapy can sometimes feel awkward or uncomfortable, which is why we’ve designed our office spaces to be warm, inviting, and free of the clinical, sterile feel. Our cozy, thoughtfully curated spaces are meant to help you feel at ease—like settling into a comfortable conversation, not a formal appointment. Whether you're curled up with a blanket, fidgeting with something in your hands, or simply taking a deep breath in a space that feels safe, our goal is to provide an environment where you can fully be yourself and process whatever you need, without pressure or judgment.
an important note
Support doesn’t stop when your session ends.
We know that you or your child may need additional resources and care outside of therapy, and we’re here to help. Our team is happy to collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other providers to ensure you receive well-rounded support. We can also work with schools to assist in the development of IEPs and other accommodations. If you’d like to learn more about how we can support you beyond therapy, feel free to reach out.
