MASTER’S LEVEL LICENSEd professional clinical counselor (SHE/HER)

Therapy for Insightful Minds That Feel Stuck

Some people come to therapy already deeply self-aware. They’ve read the books, analyzed their patterns, and understand the “why” behind their struggles—yet something still feels stuck.

Huda works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Many of her clients are professionals, therapists, teachers, or individuals with highly analytical minds who tend to process life intellectually but struggle to translate insight into meaningful change.

She also has experience supporting clients recovering from narcissistic relationships, religious trauma, sexual trauma, and long-standing patterns of self-doubt or people-pleasing.

Huda’s therapy style is warm, collaborative, and deeply reflective. She creates a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down, explore their experiences honestly, and reconnect with their emotional world—not just analyze it. Her work often focuses on helping clients move beyond intellectualizing their struggles and begin trusting themselves in new ways.

In addition to individual therapy, Huda works with couples- particularly when partners struggle to bridge the gap between logical problem-solving and emotional connection.
