Tatiana Zeadker, MSW, LSW
LICENSED Social Worker (SHE/HER)
A Safe Space to Reclaim Your Voice
Tatiana works with LGBTQ+ adults and older teens (16+) who are navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and disordered eating. She is especially passionate about supporting survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual trauma as they rebuild trust in themselves and reclaim their sense of empowerment.
As a lesbian therapist with lived experience of ADHD, Tatiana understands how identity and neurodivergence shape daily life. Her work is rooted in Feminist Therapy, meaning she acknowledges systemic and relational impacts while centering collaboration and autonomy.
Therapy with Tatiana is warm, conversational, and gently direct. She celebrates small wins, breaks big goals into manageable steps, and helps clients translate insight into meaningful action. Her approach blends CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based techniques, and trauma-informed care.
She believes healing happens when clients feel safe enough to explore hard truths and strong enough to take empowered steps forward.
Before joining Wildwood, Tatiana worked in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation setting providing individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, and intensive group work — strengthening her experience in trauma recovery and complex systems of care.
Outside of therapy, Tatiana has a background in opera performance and music education. She enjoys painting, exploring local parks and museums, farmers markets, and spending time in creative spaces.
