A Safe Space for the Hard Stuff
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying a lot at once-whether that’s anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, parenting challenges, behavioral concerns, or simply trying to keep up while feeling emotionally exhausted. Sometimes people come to therapy knowing exactly what’s wrong, and other times they just know something doesn’t feel sustainable anymore.
Ashley works with children (3+), teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life transitions. She also supports parents who are trying to better understand and navigate their child’s emotional or behavioral needs while managing the stress that can come along with it.
Ashley especially connects with clients who feel overwhelmed, guarded, misunderstood, or unsure if therapy will actually help. Her background and experience have helped her become someone who isn’t afraid of the hard stuff. She creates a space where clients can be honest without fear of judgment and feel supported while working through difficult emotions, experiences, and patterns.
Her style is laid-back, approachable, and genuine. Clients often find her easy to talk to and appreciate that she balances warmth and support with honest conversations that help people move forward. Whether she’s working with a child struggling with emotional regulation, a teen navigating anxiety, a couple working through communication issues, or an adult processing trauma or stress, Ashley focuses on helping clients feel heard, understood, and more confident in navigating life.
Ashley takes a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She uses evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs while helping clients build healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, and increase self-awareness. Her goal is to create a space where healing feels possible, growth feels manageable, and clients can begin building healthier, more connected lives.
