LICENSED Social Worker (SHE/HER)

Supporting the Brave Work of Becoming Yourself

You’ve been the fixer. The one others rely on. You keep it together—for everyone. But lately, it feels like you’re running on empty. Savannah works with individuals and couples navigating health anxiety, relationship dynamics, and intimacy concerns. As a certified sex and couple-informed therapist (CSTIP), she helps clients explore their sexual health alongside challenges like anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Beneath it all is a desire to feel truly connected—to yourself and others.

If you've been carrying it all for too long, Savannah offers a space where you don’t have to. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build tools to manage your anxiety, and create deeper, more trusting connections in your relationships.

Savannah blends evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness with her CSTIP certification to create a personalized, creative approach that centers your voice. She also uses exposure and response prevention (ERP) for health anxiety—a technique that helps you gradually face health-related fears in a safe and structured way while reducing compulsive checking or avoidance. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, you’ll explore what healing looks like—whether that’s overcoming health-related fears, improving communication and intimacy, or addressing sexual wellness. Savannah meets you with warmth, honesty, and respect for your unique journey.
