Reclaiming Connection- to Yourself, Your Relationships, and Your Sexuality

Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else's needs first. Maybe you grew up with messages that taught you to disconnect from your body, suppress your desires, or question whether your needs mattered at all. Or perhaps anxiety, health concerns, trauma, or life stress have made it difficult to feel connected—to yourself, your partner, or your sexuality.

Savannah works with individuals navigating sexual wellness concerns, low desire, relationship challenges, health anxiety, OCD, trauma, and religious deconstruction. As a Certified Sex and Couple-Informed Professional (CSTIP), she helps clients explore topics that often feel difficult to talk about, including intimacy, desire, sexual health, body image, relationship patterns, and the impact of purity culture or faith-based messages on sexuality and self-worth.

Whether you're trying to understand why intimacy feels difficult, rebuild trust in your body, navigate a changing relationship, or untangle years of shame and anxiety, Savannah offers a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what feels most important to you. She believes healing happens when we become curious about ourselves instead of critical of ourselves.

Savannah blends evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to create a personalized therapy experience. She helps clients develop practical tools while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Her goal is to help you build greater confidence, authenticity, and connection- in your relationships and within yourself.
