Providing a Safe Space to Find YourStrength
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating neurodivergence or the layered experience of being part of the LGBTQIA+ community. You might already be self-aware. You know the “what” and even the “why” behind your patterns - but you’re stuck on the “now what?”
That’s where our work begins.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients who are managing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with are insightful and reflective, yet feel frustrated that awareness alone hasn’t led to change. In our sessions, we focus on translating insight into action — building practical tools, strengthening emotional regulation, and identifying realistic next steps that feel doable.
My approach is collaborative, structured when helpful, and grounded in DBT and ACT principles. We’ll explore the patterns underneath emotional overwhelm while also developing skills you can use outside of session. Whether we’re addressing mood symptoms, relationship dynamics, or identity-related stress, our work is centered on helping you move forward - not just understand yourself better.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle of insight without momentum. If you’re ready to turn awareness into meaningful change, I’m here to walk with you,
