MASTER’S LEVEL LICENSED clinical counselor (SHE/HER)

Providing a Safe Space to Find Your Strength

Life can feel like a storm when you’re navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or the complexities of living as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. For women with ADHD, the chaos of scattered thoughts, unmet expectations, and the weight of never feeling “enough” can feel overwhelming. For LGBTQIA+ individuals, the journey of self-discovery and the pressures of society often add layers of uncertainty and emotional fatigue. In those moments, it’s easy to feel lost, disconnected, or stuck.

In a warm and affirming space, I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and neurodivergent clients navigating anxiety, depression, or identity-related distress. My approach is symptom-focused and collaborative, helping you understand the patterns behind emotional overwhelm while learning concrete tools to manage them. Drawing from DBT, ACT, and other strengths-based approaches, we’ll develop coping strategies that build emotional regulation, self-trust, and resilience—so you can meet life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

You don’t have to weather the storm alone. Whether you’re feeling scattered, stuck, or ready to rediscover yourself, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, embrace what makes you unique, and help you step into a life where you feel authentic, empowered, and in control—no matter how chaotic the winds may seem.
