Helping You Reconnect With Yourself & Write Your Next Chapter
Maggie believes that while some chapters of our lives are shaped by past experiences, relationships, or circumstances beyond our control, we still have the opportunity to decide what comes next. She enjoys working with women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, teens (16+), and young adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, or major life transitions and are ready to reconnect with who they are.
Whether you're healing from painful experiences, struggling with self-confidence, processing loss, or adjusting to a new season of life, Maggie provides a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin moving toward the life you want to create.
Using a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work, Maggie helps clients better understand themselves, challenge patterns that no longer serve them, and build lasting confidence rooted in their values and authentic self.
