Finding Your Way Forward- One Step at a Time

When you're juggling recovery, parenting, or just trying to keep your head above water, life can feel overwhelming. You may be battling an eating disorder, struggling with substance use, feeling disconnected from yourself, or carrying the weight of responsibilities that never seem to end. Malorie offers a space where you can lay that weight down—even for a little while—and start finding your way forward with compassion and support.

Malorie has a special passion for helping teens (16+) and adults rebuild their relationship with themselves—especially those navigating eating disorders, co-occurring disorders, and the emotional toll of parenting or major life transitions. Healing isn’t about fixing what's “broken”—it’s about reconnecting with your own strength and creating a life that feels more manageable, hopeful, and yours.

With flexible telehealth services across Ohio, Malorie meets you exactly where you are. She’s DBT-certified and creates an inclusive, affirming space for people of all genders, races, and cultures.
