Nadima Moussa, MSW, LSW

MASTER’S LEVEL LICENSED Independent SOCIAL WORKER (SHE/HER)

Helping Young People Find Their Voice

Life can feel like a lot—school, family, friends, and figuring out who you are all at once. Nadima works with kids, teens, and young adults from all backgrounds, creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. She has a special connection with first-generation youth, cycle-breakers, and children of immigrants, helping them balance family expectations with building their own identity. She also works with anyone ready to explore challenges, manage emotions, or strengthen confidence and relationships.

Nadima’s approach is creative, flexible, and client-centered. She blends CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and play-based strategies to meet each client where they are. Sessions might include talking, problem-solving, practicing skills, or playful activities that make therapy engaging and meaningful. She focuses on strengths, practical tools, and real-life strategies that clients can carry into school, home, and relationships.

Her work includes anxiety, trauma, grief, identity and religious struggles, behavioral or mood regulation, and life transitions. In her calm, cozy, and flexible virtual space, clients can explore, grow, and feel empowered while doing the work that matters most to them.
