Practical Support, Steady Guidance, and a Space to Grow

Antoinette brings a strong, compassionate presence to her work with children, teens, adults, and couples. With experience in inpatient settings, she is comfortable supporting clients through complex emotions, high-stress situations, and moments where life feels overwhelming or unpredictable. Clients appreciate her ability to stay grounded, calm, and clear — even when they feel anything but.

Antoinette works with individuals ages 5 and up, offering both in-person sessions in Suite 505 and convenient virtual appointments. Her evening and weekend availability makes her a great fit for busy families, working parents, and teens with full schedules. Whether she’s helping a child learn new ways to express emotions, guiding a teen through identity struggles, or supporting a couple through communication challenges, she brings a balanced approach that blends care with honest, practical guidance.

Her style is warm and approachable, but also steady and structured when needed. She helps clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface, learn skills they can use right away, and build confidence in their ability to move forward. Antoinette believes in meeting clients exactly where they are — with compassion, respect, and a dedication to helping them grow at a pace that feels safe and doable.
